Product FAQs

Why is fiber important?

Fiber is important in your diet for digestive health, preventing constipation, and lowering the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and type 2 diabetes. It also plays a role in weight management by promoting feelings of fullness.

Fiber serves as a food source for beneficial gut bacteria, which can contribute to overall gut health and potentially boost the immune system.

Can I drink fiber everyday?

YES! Our Hydration Fiber Dink/Tea contains 4-4.5g of fiber in each serving. Plus, they contain ZERO sugar, no burden! Instead, we added vitamin and mineral.

"On average, American adults eat 10 to 15 grams of total fiber per day, while the USDA's recommended daily amount for adults up to age 50 is 25 grams for women and 38 grams for men." -- quoted by Harvard Medical School

Fiber vs probiotics?

Fiber and probiotics are both essential for a healthy gut microbiome, but they work in different ways. Fiber, particularly prebiotics, acts as food for the beneficial bacteria in your gut, while probiotics are the live bacteria themselves. Both contribute to digestive health and overall well-being.

Why is it pink?

We added red beet powder to our Hydration Fiber Drink to make it look pink, so it is a natural coloring!

If you add some milk/non-dairy milk, it will really make it a pink drink!

The fiber tea won't look as pink because of the black tea component.

Why is there sediment?

When you add milk/non-dairy milk to our Hydration Fiber Drink/Tea, you may notice it will form sediment. This is a normal reaction because we added citric acid to the drinks for a more balanced strawberry flavor!

While the sediment may be a visual or textural change, it doesn't pose any health risks.

Just stir well before drinking~

Do you have caffeine-free options?

Only Hydration Fiber Tea contains 21MG of caffeine in each serving.

All other new products are caffeine-free, which means you can enjoy them even in the night time!

The Taro & Ube Milk Tea has "tea" in the name only because that's how everyone calls it. There is NO tea in it!

Are they halal?

Yes, these drinks are gluten-free and halal! Most are vegan too (except for the Taro & Ube Milk Tea, which contains MILK).

How many calories are in one serving of these drinks?

Each serving of our Hydration Fiber Drink/Tea is only 20 cal because of ZERO sugar! We use stevia, which is considered safe and a good alternative to table sugar.

Each serving of our Taro & Ube Milk Tea is only 70 cal. Each serving contains 6g sugar - we could only knock out 50% of the original sugar amount because the non-dairy creamer already contains sugar. And non-dairy creamer is one of the secret keys that make taro milk tea taste so good... (but guess what? A taro milk tea typically contains around 42-50 grams of sugar)

Each serving of our Popping Boba is only 33 cal. Each serving only contains 6.5g sugar. Currently, our boba manufacturer has to use table sugar to make popping/tapioca boba!

Why do you mix taro and ube?

Taro and Ube milk teas both offer unique flavor profiles and textures, but they are not the same. Taro milk tea has a subtle, earthy, and vanilla-like flavor, while Ube milk tea boasts a sweeter, more custardy, and nutty taste with a more vibrant purple hue.

But now you get both in one drink! We actually think it tastes even better as a mixed drink!~
